Archive, mark as unread, tag, delete, or draw a teammate's attention to the email using the icons on the reading screen.

## How to archive, delete, label and flag?

Archive, mark as unread, tag, delete, or draw a teammate's attention to the email using the icons on the reading screen. Who can do this: Users with the relevant permission in the mailbox. Tags are created from the panel; new tags cannot be created from the phone. Archive: Removes the email from the inbox and moves it to Archive. Mark as Read / Mark as Unread: Changes the email's read status.

## Actions

**Archive**: removes the email from the inbox and moves it to **Archive** 1. On an email in Archive, it becomes **Unarchive**.

**Mark as read** / **Mark as unread**: changes the read status of the email.

**Labels**: adds or removes one of the labels defined in your company from the email 2.

**Move to trash**: moves the email to **Trash** 3. On an email in Trash, **Undo** appears.

**Notify**: select a teammate and send them a notification about this email 4.
