# Selecting a mailbox

If you have access to multiple mailboxes, you can narrow the list down to a single mailbox or view them all together.

## How to select a mailbox?

If you have access to multiple mailboxes, you can narrow the list down to a single mailbox or view them all together. Who can do this: A user with multiple mailboxes assigned. The list and folder counters refresh according to the mailbox you select. If there is a connection problem warning under the mailbox, new emails may not be arriving in that mailbox; notify your administrator.

## Steps

Tap the box name in the inbox top bar (it initially says **All**).

In the **Which mailbox?** window, select the mailbox you want to see 1. To see them all together, select **All** 2.

**Result** The list and folder counters refresh according to the mailbox you select.

**Note** If there is a **connection problem** warning below the mailbox, new email may not be arriving in that mailbox; notify your administrator.
