# Folders, action items and content type

You switch between folders from the left menu and filter emails awaiting action from you and the content types determined by AI.

## What are folders, action items and content type?

You switch between folders from the left menu and filter emails awaiting action from you and the content types determined by AI. Who can do this: Any user who has signed in to the app. The AWAITING ACTION section appears only when there is a pending approval or response date. In the inbox, tap the menu icon in the top left.

## Steps

Tap the menu icon in the top left of the Inbox. The folder panel opens.

Tap the **Inbox**, **Sent**, **Drafts**, **Scheduled**, **Archive**, **Quarantine** or **Trash** folder 1. The unread count appears next to the folder.

If there is anything waiting for action from you, the **PENDING ACTIONS** section appears: **Pending approvals** and **Awaiting replies**.

Filter the list by selecting a type in the **CONTENT TYPE** section 2; for example **Invoice/Payment** or **Quote/Tender**.
