# Mailbox capacity

You can see how full each mailbox is, its daily growth, and how many days until it fills; the one filling first is at the top.

## What is mailbox capacity?

You see how full each mailbox is, how much it grows daily and how many days it will take to fill at this rate. Who can do this: an administrator with account management permission in their company. For mailboxes that are about to fill up, you can plan to increase the quota or archive old emails. The mailbox that will fill up first is at the top.

## Opening the report

Tap **Settings** > **Administration** > **Capacity**.

Each box is a card: the address 1 and, on the right, the days until the quota is full 2. 14 days or fewer is shown in red, 45 days or fewer in yellow.

The bar shows the usage rate 3; below it are the usage, daily increase and time of the last email.

In a mailbox with no email in the last 30 days, the **Not in use** label appears 4.

**Result** For mailboxes that are almost full, you can plan to increase the quota or archive old emails.

**Note** Daily increase is calculated as measurements accumulate; in a new mailbox, **Data is accumulating** is displayed.
