# Secure sending in the mobile app

Send sensitive emails via a password-protected link without including content or attachments, and retract sent messages anytime.

## What is secure sending in the mobile app?

You send a sensitive email via a password-protected link without the content and attachments being included in the email. Who can do this: a user with write permission on the mailbox. The recipient receives a notification email containing only the link; the message content and attachments are opened from the link with a password. You can retract the message you sent at any time.

## Sending

Write the email and tap **Preview and Send**.

In the preview, tap **Send securely** 1.

Select the **Validity** period 2: 1, 3, 7, 14 or 30 days.

Tap **Send with password-protected link** 3.

## Sharing password

After sending, the password and link are shown once 4.

Copy the password with **Share** or by pressing and holding it 5, and pass it on to the recipient by phone or another channel.

When you tap **OK**, the screen closes 6.

## Viewing and recalling sent items

Tap your initials in the top right and select **Safe senders**.

Each message shows its status, how many times it was opened and its expiry time 7.

Recall an open message with **Recall** 8; the recipient can no longer open it.

**Result** The recipient receives a notification email containing only a link; the message content and attachments are opened from the link with a password.

**Note** The password is shown only immediately after sending. **Do not send the password in the email.Attention** A scheduled email or an email sent for approval cannot be sent securely.
