# Send preview and sending

Before sending, you see the email as the recipient will see it, together with your signature and quoted text.

## How to preview and send?

Before sending, you see the email as the recipient will see it, together with your signature and quoted text. Who can do this: A user with write permission on the mailbox. The email is sent and the compose screen closes. If the connection drops during sending, it could not be sent or no response was received. On the compose screen, tap Preview and Send. Check the sender, recipients, subject and body.

## Steps

On the compose screen, tap **Preview and Send**. **Send Preview** opens 1.

Check the sender, recipients, subject and body.

To make changes, tap **Back to editing**; to send, tap **Send** 2.

To send at a later date, use **Schedule**; to send for approval, use **Send for approval** 3.

**Result** The email is sent and the compose screen closes. If this email was opened from a draft, the draft is deleted.

**Caution** If the connection drops while sending, **Could not send or no response received. Check Sent before sending again.**
