# Company card in the mobile app

See all your organization's correspondence with a sender's company on one screen: contacts, open jobs, recent emails and spoofed-domain warnings.

## What is the company card in the mobile app?

You see a summary of all your organization's correspondence with the company that sent a mail on a single screen: contacts, open jobs, recent mails and a spoofed domain warning. Who can do this: Any user signed in to the app. The card is calculated only from mails in mailboxes you can see. The similar domain warning indicates a spoofed address.

## Opening the company card

Open an incoming email, tap the **Summary & Details** tab at the bottom, and tap **Company card**.

At the top, the number of incoming and outgoing emails and the date of the first and last correspondence are shown 1.

If an email arrives from a domain that closely resembles the sender's domain, a red warning appears 2.

Emails containing payment information changes are also listed separately 3.

People 4, open deals and recent emails are listed below 5. Tapping an email opens it.

**Result** The card is calculated only from emails in mailboxes you can see.

**Caution** A similar domain warning indicates a spoofed address. Verify any request involving payment or bank details by calling a phone number you already know.
