# Viewing storage status and syncing now

You see how full your mailbox is and pull new emails from the mail server without waiting.

## How to view storage status and sync now?

You see how full your mailbox is and pull new emails from the mail server without waiting. Who can do this: Every user logged into the application. Once synchronization is complete, it states how many new emails and updates have arrived; if there is nothing new, it says the mailbox is up to date. When storage is full, it says Storage area is full — no new mail is being received.

## Steps

Open the **Settings** screen. The **Storage** bar shows how full the mailbox is 1.

Tap **Sync now** 2. It immediately fetches new emails from the mail server.

**Result** When synchronisation finishes, it states how many new emails and updates arrived; if there is nothing new, it says the mailbox is up to date.

**Note** When storage is full, **Storage area is full — no new email is being received.** is displayed. Your emails are safe on the mail server and will not be lost. Contact your administrator to free up space.
