> If you do not receive a reply to the email you sent within a certain time, SmartMail reminds you; if a reply arrives, the reminder closes automatically.

# To be reminded if no reply

Use **Remind me if no reply** in the send preview to choose 1 day, 3 days or 1 week. If no reply arrives in the same thread within that time, you get a "No reply" notification.

## How to be reminded if no reply?

With Remind if no reply in the sending preview, select 1 day, 3 days or 1 week. Who can do this: Any user who can send mail. If a reply arrives in the same thread within the period, the reminder closes automatically. If no reply arrives in the same thread within the period, you receive a "No reply" notification.

## Steps

Write the mail and open the send preview.

From **Remind me if there is no reply**, select **After 1 day**, **After 3 days** or **After 1 week** 1. The **Undo period** 2 on the same row is the time allowed to cancel after sending.

If you also want to see the tracking in your calendar, select **Add to calendar too** 3; it is off by default.

Press **Send**.

**Result**If a reply arrives in the same thread within the time, the reminder closes automatically. If not, a "No reply received" notification arrives in the notification centre and on your mobile device; you can open the email from the notification. The reminder is personal and only comes to you. If your permission to view that mailbox is removed, the reminder is removed from your list and cancelled without sending a notification.
