> Users can preview the final email with signature, then send it now, schedule it for later, or submit it for approval.

# Previewing the email before sending

With **Preview and send** in the compose window, the user sees the final version of the email as the recipient will receive it, including the signature. From the send preview, the email can be sent immediately, scheduled for a future date or submitted for approval.

## How to preview the email before sending?

The user sees the final version of the email that will go to the other party, including the signature, with Preview and Send in the compose window. Who can do this: a user with write permission on the mailbox. The email is sent and the "Sent" notification appears; the email is added to the Sent folder. From the send preview, the email is sent immediately, scheduled for a future date or submitted for approval.

## Steps

In the compose window, click **Preview and Send**. The **Send Preview** opens.

Check the sender, recipients, subject and body together with the signature. To make changes, click **Back to editing** 1.

To send the email at a later time, select **Schedule** 2; to submit it for approval by an administrator or a teammate, select **Send for approval** 3.

To send now, click **Send** 4.

**Result**The email is sent and the "Sent" notification appears; the email is added to the **Outbox** folder.

**Tip**If the mailbox has no signature, the preview says "No signature is defined for this account."; your administrator defines the signature.
