# To draw a teammate's attention

With **Get attention** above the open email, the user brings a teammate who can see the same mailbox into the email. The selected person receives a notification, optionally with a short note; clicking the notification opens the email.

## How to draw a teammate's attention?

The user, using Get attention above the open email, calls a teammate who sees the same mailbox to the email. Who can do this: A user with permission to get attention in the mailbox. A "…'s attention was drawn." notification appears. A notification is sent to the selected person, with a short note if you wish; clicking the notification opens the email.

## Steps

Open the email and click the **Draw attention** button at the top 3.

Select the person from the **Who do you want to notify?** list 1. Only people who can see this mailbox are listed.

If you want, enter a short description in the **Optional note** field 2 and click **Send**.

**Result**The "… person has been notified." notification appears. The person you selected sees a notification on the bell icon.
