# Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is drawn up between Digital Bridge Teknoloji LTD. ŞTİ. and the buyer placing an order through DBLinx, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation. By placing an order, you are deemed to have accepted this agreement electronically.

**Buyer:** The natural or legal person identified by the company and authorized-person information entered during the order.

## Article 2 — Subject of the Agreement

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and electronic performance of the [smart360.com.tr/satin-al](https://app.dblinx.net/satin-al) plan the buyer selects from the SmartMail, SmartFiles and SmartOperator cloud service plans listed at the above address by Seller, or of the SmartPass service offered to the buyer under an organization-specific quote.

## Article 3 — Key Characteristics and Price of the Service

The scope of the selected plan (quotas such as number of users/organizations, storage and AI allowance) and its periodic fee (monthly/annual) are clearly stated on the order screen and the payment instructions page shown afterward. Prices are set in US dollars (USD); the Turkish lira and euro equivalents are calculated using the Central Bank of Turkey (TCMB) exchange rate at the time of order, locked to the order line, and do not change afterward. The scope and fee of the SmartPass service are specified in the quote sent to and accepted by the buyer.

## Article 4 — Method of Payment

Payment is made by credit or debit card on the secure payment screen you are redirected to when placing an order, via the PayTR payment infrastructure. Your card details never pass through Seller's servers; they are processed directly within PayTR's secure infrastructure. Once your payment is confirmed, the order is automatically marked as paid.

## Article 5 — Delivery (Performance) and General Sales Policies

As the service is not a physical product, it is not delivered by courier; it is performed electronically. See [Delivery Terms](https://dblinx.net/en/teslimat-kosullari)
for details. Seller publishes current pricing and plan information on the
[Buy](https://app.dblinx.net/satin-al) page; promotional and price changes apply to new orders and do not affect orders already confirmed and locked in.

## Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly, provided the consumer has expressly consented to the performance of the service. By checking the consent box on the order form, you acknowledge that you are requesting the service be performed immediately after your payment is confirmed, and that you therefore cannot exercise your right of withdrawal. ## Article 7 — Resolution of Disputes

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees in the consumer's or seller's place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade; for disputes exceeding these limits, the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.

## Article 8 — Effect

By checking the consent box on the order form and placing the order, this agreement is deemed to have been read by the buyer and accepted electronically.
