# Track my earnings

The My Earnings screen shows every sale your share was recorded for. Even if the customer later moves to another partner, the share you earned from previous sales continues to appear here.

- The Owner, Administrator, and Accounting roles.

## How do I track my earnings?

The My earnings screen shows every sale for which a commission has been recorded for you. Who can do this: the Owner, Administrator and Accounting roles. You see the commissions recorded in the period you select, and their total. Even if a customer later moves to another partner, the commission you earned on earlier sales continues to appear here. A commission that is refunded is recorded as a negative amount and appears in your current account as a Refund adjustment.

## Steps

- From the menu, **My earnings**.

- 1Select a month

- 2Total commission for the selected month

- 3A refund is deducted from your commission

- **Period** select a month, or choose **All time**.

- In the table, review each sale's **Date**, **The order**, **Customer**, **Base**, **Rate**, **Discount** and **My commission** columns; the total for the period is shown at the top. The table shows 100 rows per page; use the **Previous** and **Next** buttons below it to move between pages.

- To download all rows for the selected period to your computer, click **Download list (CSV)**. The file is independent of the page shown on screen; it contains the date, order, plan, customer, type (sale or refund), base, rate, discount and commission columns.

**Result** You see the commissions recorded in the period you select, and their total.

**How does a refunded sale appear?** A commission that is refunded is recorded as a negative amount and appears in your current account as **Refund adjustment** .

**Can the Sales role see this screen?** No. My earnings and the current account are available to roles with permission to view the account.
