# Manage the team and roles

In the partner dashboard, every member of your team signs in with their own account and sees the screens their role requires. There are four roles: Owner, Administrator, Sales, and Accounting. A person without an account receives a password-setup link by email.

- Only the organization's owner manages the team; an administrator can view the team.

## How do I manage the team and roles?

In the partner dashboard, every member of your team signs in with their own account and sees the screens their role requires. Who can do this: Only the organization's owner manages the team; an administrator can view the team. A member appears in the list with their role; their menu and buttons open according to their role. There are four roles: Owner, Administrator, Sales, and Accounting.

## Steps

- From the menu on the left, **Team**go in.

- 1The member's role determines their permissions

- 2New member's email

- 3New member's role

- 4Add the member

- **Add member** section, enter the person's **Full name** and **Email** information, select their role, and **Add**click it.

- If the person doesn't have a DBLinx account, a password-setup link is sent to their email address. They open the link and **Set your password** screen to set a password of at least 8 characters, then **Go to login** to enter the dashboard.

- 1Invited account

- 2Your new password

- 3Save the password

- To change a member's role, use the role selector in the list.

- To remove a member, **Remove**then **Yes, remove**to remove it.

**Result** A member appears in the list with their role; their menu and buttons open according to their role.

**What do the roles see?** **Owner:** everything, plus team management. **Administrator:** customers and orders, resellers and their rates, current account; can view the team and resend invitation links for members who haven't set their password, but cannot manage the team. **Sales:** customers and orders, discounts; cannot see rates or the current account. **Accounting:** current account and commission invoice; cannot create customers or orders.

**Can I remove the last owner?** No. The organization must always have at least one owner.

**The invitation email wasn't delivered.** A warning appears on the screen. In the person's row in the list, **Resend invitation** or **Copy link** use the button (see the [Invitation link](#davet-baglantisi) section below).

**Can one person belong to two partner organizations?** No. An account is linked to only one partner organization.

## Invitation link

In the row of a member who hasn't set their password, **invitation pending** appears, and two buttons are shown. These buttons **Owner** and **Administrator** can be used by those with this role; an administrator cannot resend an owner's invitation.

- **Resend invitation**: a new password-setup link is sent to the person's email.

- **Copy link**: no email is sent; the new link is shown only on your screen, once. **Copy**click it and send the link to the person directly in a message. Use this method if the invitation email landed in the spam folder or never arrived at all.

The link is valid for 7 days and can be used once. When you create a new link, the previous ones are immediately invalidated; only send the person the most recent link. Anyone who receives the link can set this account's password, so send it only to the person themselves.

These buttons don't appear for a member who has already set their password. A person who forgot their password uses the **I forgot my password** link on the login screen ([I forgot my password](https://dblinx.net/en/belgeler/is-ortaklari/ilk-giris-ve-iki-adimli-dogrulama#parolami-unuttum)).

## Customer and order permissions

- **Owner** and **Administrator**: creates, edits, and deletes customers; changes a customer administrator's email; creates, edits, and cancels orders; sends refund and closure requests to DBLinx.

- **Sales**: creates and edits customers; changes a customer administrator's email; creates, edits, and cancels orders, and resends the setup invitation; sends refund and closure requests to DBLinx. Cannot delete customers; DBLinx approves or rejects the request.

- **Accounting**: views customers and orders; cannot change them or open requests.

While your organization is suspended, you can still view your records; editing, deleting, canceling, and submitting requests are not possible.

## Activity history

Every change made in the dashboard (creating, editing, or deleting a customer; creating, editing, or canceling an order; sending links and invitations; team, rate, and invoice operations) is recorded along with who performed it. The Owner and Administrator **Team** can see, below the **Activity history**screen, the last 200 actions with their date and time.
