## Steps

- From the menu, **Current account**. At the top, the **Credit**, **Debit** and **Balance** totals appear.

- 2Download the statement as CSV

- 3Account transactions

- In the transactions table, review the **Date**, **Period**, **Type**, **Description**, **Credit** and **Debit** columns. The table starts with the newest transaction and shows 100 rows per page; use the **Previous** and **Next** buttons below the table to move between pages. Totals are always calculated from all transactions.

- To download the statement to your computer, click **Download statement (CSV, all transactions)**. Regardless of the page shown on screen, the file contains all transactions and the balance after each row.

**Result** The statement downloads as a CSV file; you can import it into your accounting software.

**What do the terms in the Type column mean?** **Earned commission:** your share from the sale. **Turnover bonus:** tier bonus. **Reseller bonus deduction:** the counterpart of the bonus the distributor has set for its reseller. **Refund adjustment:** the share attributable to the refund. **Invoice VAT** and **VAT adjustment:** the VAT on your commission invoice. **Payment:** the payment made to you.

**Can the balance go negative?** Yes, for example if a refund adjustment is larger than the shares. A negative balance is offset against the next payment. See [Payment and offsetting](https://dblinx.net/en/belgeler/is-ortaklari/odeme-ve-mahsup).
