# Open products from the dashboard

DBLinx products open two ways: from the **My products** section in the left menu of the organization panel, or from the product's own address (e.g. yourcompanycode.smartmail.com.tr). Either way, identity is verified in a single place: the DBLinx sign-in screen.

- Any user with access to the product. Opening it from the organization panel requires tenant administrator rights.

## How do I open products from the panel?

DBLinx products open two ways: from the My products section in the left menu of the organization panel, or from the product's own address (e.g. Who can do this: any user with access to the product. ## Steps

- In the organization dashboard, under **My products** in the left-hand menu, click the product name; the product opens inside the dashboard.

- Employees open the product's address (e.g. yourcompanycode.smartmail.com.tr); they are redirected to the DBLinx sign-in screen. The product logo appears next to the DBLinx logo at the top of the screen.

- 2Your username

- 2Your password

- **Username** and **Password**; enter it and, if required, **Company code**also enter it.

- **"Verifying DBLinx Security…"** When it has finished, sign in.

**Result** The product dashboard opens. The first time you sign in to SmartMail, the setup wizard guides you through creating mailboxes and assigning them to people.

**"This product is not set up for your account" warning** If the product is not on your account, the dashboard tells you. To buy it, see [Add a new product](https://dblinx.net/en/belgeler/baslarken/yeni-urun-ekleme) page.

**"Sign-in is not possible from this address"** Until the address is activated, use the on-screen **"Go to dashboard"** link to sign in.
