# After payment: account activation

On DBLinx, the moment payment is confirmed, all the purchased products are activated and the plan's entitlements are set. Your organization panel is ready at app.dblinx.net; the first step is to sign in with the administrator account and finish setup.

## What happens after payment: your account is set up?

On DBLinx, the moment payment is confirmed, all the purchased products are activated and the plan's entitlements are set. Who can do this: the administrator who created the order. The products you purchased appear in the left menu of the organization panel; you're ready to add users and open up the products. Your organization panel is ready at app.dblinx.net; the first step is to sign in with the administrator account and finish setup.

## Steps

- On the payment page, **"Your order is complete"** message.

- **"Go to the panel and finish setup"**.

- 2Setup begins

- Sign in to the organization panel with the username and password you set on the order form.

- If you bought SmartMail, go to **System Health** to connect your domain.

**Result** The products you purchased appear in the left menu of the organization panel; you're ready to add users and open up the products.

**Where is the invoice sent?** To the **administrator email** address from the order form.

**The order appears to have been canceled.** If the page says "This order has been canceled," you can return to the Buy page to create a new order.

**Welcome document** For accounts opened by our team, you receive a Welcome PDF containing the first administrator's password-setup link (valid for 7 days) with its QR code, and your products' sign-in details.
