# Download usage instructions

From the DBLinx customer dashboard, you can download usage instructions specific to your company as a PDF. The document contains your company code, the address and sign-in details of each product, and the first steps for every enabled product; use it to distribute to your team or to follow the setup step by step.

## How do I download the usage instructions?

From the DBLinx customer dashboard, you can download usage instructions specific to your company as a PDF. Who can do this: every user who signs in to the customer dashboard. The document shows the username of the person who downloaded it. The document contains your company code, the address and sign-in details of each product, and the first steps for every enabled product; use it to distribute to your team or to follow the setup step by step.

## Steps

- [Go to the customer dashboard](https://dblinx.net/en/belgeler/baslarken/panele-giris) and sign in.

- 1Downloads the instructions PDF

- At the bottom of the left menu, click **Usage instructions**. While the document is being prepared, the item shows **Preparing…** .

- The PDF downloads to your computer; open and read it, or share it with your team.

**Result** The usage instructions specific to your company download as a PDF.

## What does the document contain?

The usage instructions PDF brings together your company's sign-in details and the first steps for each product in a single document. It contains your company code, your username, and the addresses of the customer dashboard and of each product; it then walks you through the initial setup steps, in order, for every enabled product among DBLinx, SmartMail, SmartFiles and SmartOperator.

- **Sign-in details:** your company code, your username, the customer dashboard address, and each product's own web address and mobile app details.

- **First steps with DBLinx:** sign in to the dashboard, set up departments if you wish, add people, grant product access and send the password link.

- **First steps with SmartMail:** connect your domain, create the first email account and link accounts to users.

- **First steps with SmartFiles** and **First steps with SmartOperator:** for the products enabled for your company.

Next to each step is the address of the relevant documentation page; see that page for details.

**Does the document contain a password?** No. The usage instructions contain no password or password-setting link; the document can be downloaded again at any time.
