# Read the Overview screen

The DBLinx Overview screen shows the status of all the organization's products at a glance: active products and user counts, the last seven days' activity, each product's remaining entitlements, and recent actions. It's the first screen that opens every time you sign in to the panel.

## How do I read the Overview screen?

The DBLinx Overview screen shows the status of all the organization's products at a glance: active products and user counts, the last seven days' activity, each product's remaining entitlements, and recent actions. Who can do this: the organization's tenant administrators. The organization's current product status and recent activity appear on a single screen.

## Steps

- From the left menu, **Overview**from the left menu.

- In the summary boxes at the top, **Active products**, **Active users** and **7-day actions** read these counts.

- 2Summary boxes

- 3Product cards

- **My products** section, review each product's usage status.

- **Recent actions** list, see the organization's recent activity.

**Result** The organization's current product status and recent activity appear on a single screen. For detailed usage, **Usage statistics** opens.

**A product's usage data isn't showing.** When data can't be retrieved from a product, the screen shows this; refresh the page after a while.
