# Update company and invoice details

The Company Details screen in the DBLinx organization dashboard lets you update the name, address and tax details used on your invoices. Once saved, the changes are used for new orders.

## How do I update company and invoice details?

The Company Details screen in the DBLinx organization dashboard lets you update the name, address and tax details used on your invoices. Who can do this: the organization's administrators. The screen shows "Saved." and the new details are used on subsequent invoices. Once saved, the changes are used for new orders. Enter the tax ID for companies, or the national ID number (T.C.) for sole proprietorships.

## Steps

- From the left menu, **Company Details**.

- 1Company Details in the left menu

- 2Saves the changes

- **Company Name**, **Invoice Address**, **Tax Office** and **Tax ID** fields.

- **Contact Email** and **Contact Phone**.

- **"Save"**click it.

**Result** The screen shows **"Saved."** and the new details are used on subsequent invoices.

**What do I enter in the Tax ID field?** Enter the tax ID for companies, or the national ID number (T.C.) for sole proprietorships; follow the example format shown in the field.

**"Invalid tax ID" warning** The tax ID is validated before it is saved. Enter the 10-digit tax ID for companies or the 11-digit national ID number (T.C.) for individuals; spaces are removed automatically.
