# Entering company, invoice and administrator details

In steps 3 and 4 of the purchase wizard, you enter your company, the company code that will form your dashboard address, your billing information and the organization dashboard's first administrator.

## How do I enter company, billing and administrator information?

In step 3 of the purchase wizard. Who can do this: anyone making the purchasing decision. Company, billing and administrator information is completed; the next step is confirmation and payment. you enter your company, the company code that will form your dashboard address, your billing information and the organization dashboard's first administrator. You can move between steps with Back and Continue and refresh the page; what you've entered is preserved.

- **4. Administrator account** step, enter the first administrator's full name, email and username for the organization dashboard.

- 4Password strength

- Set a password; the indicator below the field shows its strength. A long passphrase is the strongest. **Continue**.

**Result** Once the company, invoice and administrator details are complete, the next step is confirmation and payment. After payment, you sign in to the dashboard with this username and password.

**If I go back, will my information be lost?** No. **Back** and **Continue** you can move between steps and refresh the page; what you've entered is preserved. For security, only the password is asked again.
