# Creating multiple organizations for a group of companies

A group of companies can open a separate organization for the same product for each company or site; for example, fabrika1.smartmail.com.tr and fabrika2.smartmail.com.tr. Each organization has its own mailboxes, users and data; all are purchased and managed from the same DBLinx account.

## How do I open multiple organizations for a group of companies?

A group of companies can open a separate organization for the same product for each company or site; for example, fabrika1.smartmail.com.tr and fabrika2.smartmail.com.tr. Who can do this: a tenant administrator. You'll have more than one organization for the same product; each one has its own mailboxes, users and data, while purchasing and invoicing stay in the same account.

## Steps

- [Sign in to the organization dashboard](https://dblinx.net/en/belgeler/baslarken/panele-giris) and **Purchases** screen. Under the product, **Which organization?** list appears; your existing organization is selected by default.

- From the list, **+ New organization**choose this option. **New organization's name**(e.g. Factory 2) and **New organization's code**; the panel address is shown as code.product.com.tr, and whether the code is available is checked right away.

- Choose the plan and quantity, confirm the contract and click **Proceed to payment**. Once payment is confirmed, the new organization is created.

- **Overview**each organization appears in its own card with its name and address; the **Open** button on the card opens that organization's panel.

**Result** You'll have more than one organization for the same product; each one has its own mailboxes, users and data, while purchasing and invoicing stay in the same account.

**I want to add a plan to my existing organization.** Choose that organization from the list and renew the plan or add a quantity; your existing organization is selected by default.

**When buying from the site,** If you reach [Buy](https://app.dblinx.net/satin-al) while signed in to the panel, the company and administrator steps are skipped; **Add to my existing organization** or **New organization** is asked instead.

**How do I switch between organizations?** In SmartMail, **My organizations** section lets you switch to your other organization without entering a password.
