# "Under maintenance" and "Payment collection suspended" messages

During scheduled maintenance, DBLinx products display a brief maintenance page; when payment processing is temporarily paused, this is indicated on the order page. In both cases, your data and your order are preserved.

## "Under maintenance" and "Payment processing paused" messages?

During scheduled maintenance, DBLinx products display a brief maintenance page; when payment processing is temporarily paused, this is indicated on the order page. Who can do this: All users. Once maintenance or the payment pause ends, the products and the payment page work normally again. In both cases, your data and your order are preserved.

## Steps

- **"… is briefly under maintenance"** page: scheduled work is underway. Your data is safe; you'll resume where you left off once the work is finished.

- Refresh the page after a while.

- On the order page, **"Payment processing is temporarily paused right now"** appears: your order is saved; refresh the page shortly to continue with payment.

- In an urgent situation, with your order code, [through the contact form](https://dblinx.net/en/iletisim) reach us.

**Result** Once maintenance or the payment pause ends, the products and the payment page work normally again.
