# Adding a domain

The System Health screen in the DBLinx organization panel lets you add the mail domain you'll use for SmartMail. Once the domain is added, the DNS records it needs are prepared for you; the domain activates automatically as soon as the records appear in your DNS.

## How do I add a domain?

The System Health screen in the DBLinx organization panel lets you add the mail domain you'll use for SmartMail. Who can do this: the organization's tenant administrators. The domain is added to the list, and the DNS records you need to add appear below it. Once the domain is added, the DNS records it needs are prepared for you; the domain activates automatically as soon as the records appear in your DNS.

## Steps

- From the left menu, **System Health**.

- 1System Health in the left menu

- 2Mail domains section

- on the SmartMail card, **Mail domains** find this section; the heading shows how many domains your plan allows.

- Type your domain in the empty field (e.g. yourcompany.com.tr).

- **"Add"**click it.

**Result** The domain is added to the list, and the DNS records you need to add appear below it. The next step is adding these records to your DNS.

**I've used up my domain entitlement.** The number in the heading matches your plan's entitlement. For more domains, move up to a higher plan: [Upgrade to a higher plan](https://dblinx.net/en/belgeler/baslarken/ust-pakete-gecme).

**I added the wrong domain.** Next to the domain, **"Remove"**to remove it.
