# Renewing a subscription | DBLinx Documentation

> Step by step for organization administrators: on the Purchases screen, renew the current plan at the same tier and complete the payment.

# Renewing a subscription

A DBLinx subscription is renewed from the Purchases section of the organization dashboard. Each product card shows your current plan and its end date; you extend the term by selecting the same tier.

## How do I renew a subscription?

A DBLinx subscription is renewed from the Purchases section of the organization dashboard. Who can do this: the organization's administrators. An order is created and the payment page opens; once the payment is confirmed, the new period is added on top of the current term. Each product card shows your current plan and its end date; you extend the term by selecting the same tier.

## Steps

- From the left menu, **Purchases**from the left menu.

- Check your current plan and its end date on the product card.

- 2Current plan and end date

- 3Renew with the same plan

- **Monthly** or **Annual** period.

- **"Plans you can renew"** list; the selected plan shows **"✓ Selected"** .

- Apply your coupon code if you have one; **"Total payable incl. VAT"** amount.

- Tick the Distance Sales Agreement confirmation and **"Proceed to payment"**click it.

**Result** An order is created and the payment page opens; once payment is confirmed, the new period is added on top of your current one.

**I'm renewing a custom plan made specifically for us.** A custom plan created specifically for you is also renewed from this screen. A plan sold by quote, with no fixed price, can't be bought from the panel; the screen shows **"This plan has no fixed price; please contact us."** In that case, contact us.

**Can a renewal discount be applied together with a coupon?** No. Entering a coupon drops the renewal campaign; see [Use a coupon code](https://dblinx.net/en/belgeler/baslarken/kupon-kullanma).

**"Online purchasing is currently unavailable" warning** If you open a support ticket, your order will be created by our team.

**If you have more than one organization,** under the product, **Which organization?** choose which organization the plan will be added to from this list, or **+ New organization** open a separate organization.
